I work with churches to optimize a positive work culture. I evaluate churches to identify ways in which leadership effectiveness as well as staff productivity and satisfaction can be optimized. This can include day-to-day practices, weekend services, leadership, workflow processes and interpersonal relationships.
My favorite scripture reference is 1st Corinthians 12:15-26. This scripture illustrates the church as one body with many different parts—different "members"—which serve many different functions. This means every person on the team is valued and needs to be valued or the whole team will suffer.
My 20 years of management experience with an international organization, innovative leadership skills and six sigma certification allows me to work with team leadership and help them improve team dynamics within their organization.
The SCOR process I created is designed to create better churches and better relationships. In my 15 years of full time ministry I've trained nearly 30,000 people how to use SCOR when building relations, problem solving and improving the way people interact.
